  • We reserve the right to set cancellation and rescheduling policies. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.


5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for services are due at the time of booking or appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include Square, Stipe, or Cherry. We are not responsible for the security or handling of your payment data by these processors. You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you have legal authority to use the chosen payment method.

  • All services provided by Embrace Eternity Medspa and Wellness are elective and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for services rendered, including dissatisfaction with outcomes.
